As a Onni Group Property Manager, your high level of client service, project management skills, and budget expertise will allow you to serve as the face of The Onni Group to our tenants. You will interact with internal teams, office tenants, and external vendors to ensure that physical property needs are well managed. A significant portion of your time will be spent ensuring that property improvements, corporate branding programs, and contract services are up to par. You will manage multiple projects and tasks, some routine, others involving construction and capital improvements, on time and within budget. Annual operating budgets, strategic plans for capital spending, monthly reporting, and invoice processing are also among your areas of proficiency. Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1 or more years of relevant commercial property management, financial acumen, strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
