Behavior and Education Inc (BAE) provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and families. We are currently looking for a friendly and skilled individual to coordinate the scheduling of services with our clientele.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Work closely with the clinical team to coordinate the staffing and scheduling of ABA services across a large number of clients and staff
- Use of scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules
- Ensure contract fulfillment for each client based on contracted services
- Coordinate new client start-up
- Identify staffing needs and support recruitment of new positions
- Ensure staff hours are scheduled in accordance with company policies
- Manage cancellations as they occur and arrange for sub coverage and/or make up sessions
- Maintain up to date records on the availability of staff and clients
- Communicate scheduling and staffing information with clients and staff
- Available after-hours and weekends to respond to urgent communication as needed
Motivated and talented individuals with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- Experience in staffing and scheduling (experience working at an ABA agency preferred)
- Expertise in the use of Mac computers and scheduling software (expertise in Code Metro NPA Works scheduling software a plus)
- Knowledge of ABA industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Good organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in the daily work environment and be resourceful in solving problems
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
