Essential job functions:
Operations:

Provide exceptional guest service:
includes (not limited to)- smiling, greeting and offering samples, suggesting toppings/flavors, helping guests wherever they are, being pro-active, being knowledgeable 2.
Keep the front stocked:
topping bar, cup dispenser, water, napkins, spoons, sample cups, lids, gift cards, etc.
3.
Maintain a spotless store:
follows all checklists and cleaning calendars, rigorously follows slide timer.
4.
Follow all food preparation, handling and safety procedures:
includes fruit prep, filling the yogurt, toppings.
5.
Reliable and a team player:
takes all shifts seriously and is responsible, works well with others to get the job done.
6.
Able to lift 40lbs, stand for extended periods of time, and bend repeatedly.
