Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dental scheduling and possess knowledge of various medical scheduling systems.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently - Utilize medical scheduling systems to manage appointments accurately - Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information - Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records - Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling processes - Handle patient inquiries regarding appointments and scheduling changes
Qualifications:
