Schedule regular efforts to improve the efficiency of the customer/Parts Department interactions and transactions.
Establish processes to ensure accuracy between inventory and computer records.
Monitor the workflow in the parts department and intervene as needed to ensure the work is completed on time and customers' needs are met.
