Successful Real Estate Agent / Owner of a Top Producing Team and Boutique Brokerage in Manhattan Beach is seeking a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail to support daily operations by performing administrative tasks and executive tasks.
The role is responsible for performing full administrative duties by providing customer service, managing projects, coordination of events, and more in order for us to provide our clients and our agents with an amazing real estate experience.
This requires an individual with strong time-management skills who can prioritize projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the administration of the CEO Listing preparation Marketing / Social Media coordination Database management Scheduling appointments Getting keys made Lockbox and sign rider installation Flyer Creation Mail out cards, letters, and packages Complete basic updates to websites Deliveries/Drop offs Coordinate the purchasing of office equipment and supplies Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong computer skills Strong organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and attention to detail Assertive, professional, diplomatic, able to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
