The firm is looking for someone who is personable, a good communicator, has positive energy and wants to be a team player.
The successful candidate must also be organized, reliable and good at follow through.
At least two years experience in Civil Litigation is required.
Job Duties include:
Answering phones and communicating with clients.
A positive, empathetic person is a must.
Opening and maintaining files.
Communicating with medical providers to obtain medical records Calendaring court dates and other deadlines Typing pleadings and discovery.
Efiling in state and federal court.
Salary depending on experience.
Willing to consider flexible hours.
