The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support.
The successful candidate will also be able to anticipate the needs of the executive staff and provide proactive solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Organize travel arrangements.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Perform research and compile reports as needed.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Provide customer service to clients and vendors.
