Educating our customers through periodic lunch hour staff training on the proper handpiece, operatory and instrument maintenance as well as OSHA compliance provides an opportunity for the sales rep to identify product sales based on need.

2-4 years of customer service or sales experience Strong computer competency including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), CRM and Google experience a plus Excellent communication, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills Valid driver's license Fuel efficient car Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Equivalent job experience may be considered Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of sales process, experience in qualifying, presenting and closing sales.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of computers/software.
Ability to multi-task with a positive upbeat attitude.
The posted range for this position is 24,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for a bonus/incentive/commissions not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
